Career History...

Adam Sanregret is a lifelong resident of Cincinnati. A Cum Laude graduate of Xavier University, he began his career as an elementary and high school music teacher before transitioning into real estate. He has been working full time as a real estate agent for 8+ years.

 
Interests...
Adam bought and restored his first investment property 6 months after graduating college. His restoration work has since been featured on local home tours and in the news. He has also received an award by the Cincinnati Preservation Association for his work and has even been called a “serial house restorer” by the Cincinnati Business Courier. His interest in restoring urban and historic properties has brought him to his current project, a Queen Anne Victorian located in the historic Rose Hill Subdivision of North Avondale. 
 
Experience...
While many successful real estate agents build their business by spending the majority of their time prospecting for new listings and buyer clients, with the servicing of these clients usually delegated to assistants, Adam prides himself on spending the majority of his time assisting his clients personally and building his business through repeat business and client referrals, which shows a high level of client satisfaction and confidence in Adam’s service. In addition to servicing his own business, Adam owns and manages his own residential rental properties, which has contributed to his unique experience as a real estate agent. Another aspect of his real estate experience is a history of successfully selling uncommon and difficult to sell commercial properties, such as pony kegs, bars, and car washes.
Adam is rated in the top 5% of the Cincinnati Area Board of Realtors with an average of a closed transaction every 10 days (2006 to present). He was recognized as the Office Sales Leader for the Hyde Park Huff Realty Office in 2009 and has received four Circle of Excellence Awards to date.
